It depends on where you’re getting your loan. Some lenders use Trans Union’s score, some use Experian, some use Equifax. Some use two or all three. That’s definately something you can ask your lender. They should be able to tell you which particular score they use.

Yes federal law requires that they report that you had documented identity theft proven and corrected. Thus these credit damaged actions that occurred must be reassessed to hopefully increase your credit score. But the credit agencies are slimy remove and will move so slowly that you’ll probably be dead and broke before they change your actual ascribe score to get a loan.
